Welcome to Bay Village 104, a two-bedroom, two-bath water-front condo situated closer to the southern end of Estero Island. Bay Village Club overlooks the water toward Estero Bay and is a very short walk to the seven miles of sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. A public marina, dinner movie theatre, and a myriad of restaurants and shops are nearby should you desire to ever leave the property. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a short drive away. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. Trolley service is available to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. Resort amenities include a large heated pool and cabana, sauna, outdoor shower, shuffleboard courts, gas grills, fishing docks, a tennis/pickleball court and a small library. Condo amenities include complimentary WiFi, cable TV, all towels and linens, private laundry area, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Upon arrival there is ample parking. Entry is via stairs or elevator to the second level then into the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight, with all the items necessary to prepare full course meals if so desired. There is plenty of cabinet space and granite countertops with a pass-through bar into the dining area with four barstools on the dining area side. Appliances include a range and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The adjacent dining area has a buffet and table seating four. This flows into the living area, nicely furnished with a sofa, end table and lamp, matching loveseat, all on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a large flat screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished and screened in lanai overlooking the water. The lanai also has glass sliders to the outside. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stand and lamp, chest of drawers with flat screen TV and a triple dresser. Sliding glass doors provide private access to the lanai. The bathroom has a single-piece vanity and lavatory with storage space beneath, commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and chest of drawers with flat screen TV. A Jack and Jill bathroom with single-piece vanity and lavatory with storage space beneath, commode and a combination tub/shower with glass doors provides the en suite option as well as access in the adjacent hallway.
