Welcome to Estero Beach & Tennis Club unit 1207A, your impressive address in paradise. This is a one-bedroom, one-bath beachfront condo. The amenities of a luxury high-rise condo greet you upon arrival, including luggage carts and bellman trolleys available at ground level to make your arrival and settling in a breeze. Estero Beach & Tennis Club consists of three towers located on 10 acres with lush tropical vegetation and well-manicured landscaping with pond and fountain near the entrance. The heated pool is just outside the lobby elevators between buildings A and B. Tower A is the northernmost building and is literally just steps to the beach where miles of secluded white sugar sand beach awaits. Amenities include four clay tennis courts, BBQ grills, and plenty of parking. At the end of the driveway is the Trolley stop where you can climb aboard and go either up or down the entire island. Santini Marina Plaza is directly across the boulevard touting numerous restaurants and shops, and behind that on the bay is Fishtail Marina with its own restaurant, boat charters, rentals and docks. Taking the Trolley north takes you to the bustling Times Square area with its myriad of shops, restaurants, and night life. To the south one can visit Lover's Key State Park, a natural Florida environment with natural beaches and tropical foliage. Bird lovers will enjoy the wide variety of colorful birds. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. Upon entering your condo on the 12th floor, a corner unit, at once you are drawn to the outstanding panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel Island. It is a one bedroom, one full bath condo, with kitchen, living room/dining area and balcony. There is tile flooring throughout. Entry is into a foyer and then the bright and airy living/dining area with balcony. This condo is equipped with ceiling fans in the kitchen/dining area and bedroom. An octagonal dining table seats two. The living area is tastefully decorated with a leather loveseat with coffee table on an area rug, as well as a corner leather Eames chair with ottoman and a desk with a large flat screen TV next to the kitchen area. There are expansive sliding glass doors to the furnished balcony where you will catch the most amazing sunsets and sunrises while relaxing and enjoying your favorite beverage. Should your visit occur during the summer, available for your viewing pleasure will be mesmerizing afternoon rains and lightning shows. The fully equipped kitchen is nestled to the right upon entry, with beautiful solid surface countertops and backsplash accented by corner stainless steel kitchen sink, refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, and built-in above-range microwave oven. The well-appointed bedroom has a king-size bed, two night stands and lamps, a dresser, a corner desk with chair, and of course windows opening out on two sides where its gulf and resort pool views everywhere you look. Imagine waking to gorgeous ever-changing sunrises. A privacy floor to ceiling sliding door affords privacy should guests be present. There is also ample closet space in the large en suite bathroom, which also has a nicely tiled walk-in shower, commode, and a single-piece vanity with lavatory. For your convenience a coin operated laundry facility is available at ground level. The unit includes high tech features including keyless door locks, dedicated high speed wireless internet, and high-definition cable TV with a wide assortment of channels. The unit overall was fine, mattresses on bed and pull out are less than ideal. My biggest issue is the fact that I called the management company twice and got to reply to my issues! Called the first day to let them know that the shower curtain was moldy and smelled, was told that someone would come that day, nobody EVER came. Mid week discovered a cockroach in the unit after hours, left a message and reminded them about the shower curtain again nothing. Beyond disappointing!
