Entering the home you will be captivated by the elegant decor. To the left you will find the stylish open concept living area. The living room is bathed in natural light from the front wall of windows and the rear wall of sliding glass doors. Chic leather furnishings will surround you in comfort. A large flat screen TV will keep you up-to-date with the world events or your favorite show. The dining room is located towards the rear of the great room. A graceful dining area that seats 11 will compliment your dining experience and enhance any meal. The custom kitchen is dramatic with striking wood cabinets, quartz counters, and high quality stainless steel appliances. Everything has been provided for preparing a simple breakfast to a gourmet dinner. A gas BBQ is conveniently located on the pool deck for your grilling pleasure. Leaving the living area to the left is the master suite. Fit for a king, is an oasis of comfort with a high quality king size bed, large walk-in closet, private ensuite with curtain if separation is needed from the full sofa sleeper in the sitting area with large flat screen TV and private entrance to the pool deck. Bathroom features his and her carrara marble tile and granite vanities, oversized walk-in shower with a rain shower head and body sprayers, a jetted/heated tub and private commode. This is a true retreat where you can let go of the stresses of everyday life and relax. After all that's what being on vacation in paradise is all about. The two guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, providing plenty of privacy for all. Both bedrooms feature a king bed. Each also has an in-room TV and plenty of closet space for all your guests' belongings. A full bathroom in the adjoining hallway accommodates your guests with a tub/shower combination. The garage has been semi-converted into a fourth bedroom with a king size bed, two sets of bunk beds (full on lower and single on top and pull out under bed), multiple closet/cabinet space and separate wall a/c unit. There is also 3/4 bath for your convenience! The real stunner to this home is the outdoor living area. Multiple seating areas, both under cover and in full sun provide for additional dining options. There is 2000 sq.ft. of pavered deck area, an under truss seating area with a large flat screen TV and ceiling fans for comfortable relaxation, An extra parking pad for your boat or RV. The peace de resistance though is the 18' x 50' negative edge infinity pool with spa and all overlooking the deep water canal. The backyard canal provides direct Gulf access to Fort Myers Beach and is just a few minutes to the sparking blue waters of Sanibel and Captiva. Rent a boat, bring your own, or launch kayaks from the back yard to explore our beautiful local waterways. With accommodations as great as 18388 Cutlass Drive are you may never want to leave your vacation home. However, you did come to Fort Myers Beach for our 7 miles of white sugar sand beaches and the warm Gulf of Mexico waters. Located just off the main island, you are just a 2 mile drive to Fort Myers Beach or a 10 mile drive to Sanibel. Centrally located close to shopping, restaurants and grocery shopping, you'll love the convenience this home provides to everything. Of course a full size washer and dryer in a stylish laundry room, wireless internet and local telephone service have been provided for your stay as well. For our guests with allergies this home is both pet free and smoke free.
