The fully equipped kitchen will make it easy to prepare breakfast for your crew, warm up leftovers for lunch, or try your hand at a new recipe for dinner. No matter what your culinary ambition may be, you will have everything you need. There is even a private gas grill for those who love to flip a hamburger or hot dog while on vacation. This beach getaway was amazing. The property was perfect for our family of 6 and fur baby. The house is beautifully decorated and outdoor space is amazing! The 8 minute walk to the beach was not too cumbersome, with public beach access directly across the road. The beaches are wide, not too crowded and absolutely perfect. Perfect location for quick trips to the store and a restaurant less than 2 min walk (Red Frog and McToad’s- food is okay, super convenient). We only had one issue during our stay with the washer, as it kept tripping the breaker every-time we turned on a cycle. We were able to find a work around, so asked not to be bothered with an appliance repair man while on our vacation. Even if the power didn’t trip, when running the washer is very loud! Do NOT run a load before going to bed at night. Additionally, the grill smelled terribly of grease and fish. This wasn’t an issue until we used it later in our trip and the smell when cooling down was atrocious! However, none of these things affected the integrity of our stay here! It’s a beautiful property, amazing location, gorgeous beaches and immersive historic downtown. I most definitely recommend this property for your upcoming stay.

5 minute walk to the beach. 15-20 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. Close drive to restaurants, brewery, coffee, and ice cream!
