The house was beautiful! Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, very private, nice surroundings, and close to grocery stores/restaurants. Even the neighbors were very friendly! Lol. My group and I stayed here for our annual trip to Rockville which was about a 30 minute drive from the Daytona Speedway. Definitely recommend this house if you are planning to attend the fest or looking to go on a beach vacation!

The new construction is beautiful but lacking in mechanical functionality AC broken and electrical panel kept tripping when we tried to use portable units sent by maintenance company needs to be investigated before renting out again
