The upper balcony is right off the primary bedroom. The covered patio includes a table and chairs overlooking the ocean and beach. What a great place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening cocktail.
The two-story Sea Place 11208 condo can accommodate six guests when the sleeper sofa is used as a bed for two. The living room includes a wall of sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio. There’s a large HDTV with cable and HBO, ShowTime and Starz. (Cable is only available on the first floor.) You also have a DVD player in case you want to host a movie night for your group.
Sea Place 11208 has all the utensils, appliances, cookware and serving ware you need to cook meals for your family and friends. Just stop by a grocery store to pick up ingredients on your way to the condo and you’ll be all set. Plan to dine out a in St. Augustine on several days. You won’t want to miss out on the delectable locally caught seafood.
Bedrooms are upstairs at Sea Place 11208. The primary suite is your personal retreat with a king-size bed, TV with a DVD player and an en suite bathroom. Each evening you’ll want to step out on your balcony and watch the stars come out over the Atlantic. The second bedroom holds two twin beds and a TV with DVD player. There’s a second bathroom upstairs with a shower/tub combination. As added convenience, Sea Place 11208 has a half-bath on the first floor and a washer and dryer.

Our take is that the property owner is not making updates on aesthetics. there was one roll of bath tissue, but 3 bathrooms. You will need all paper products, garbage bags, etc. Also there are not many utensils, i.e., 3 forks. As an FYI, we were able to purchase a nice canopy and chairs at Walmart, for less than the cost of a daily rental. I add this as a side note, as there are no beach amenities, whatsoever.

Picking up the beach cards, parking permit and door code was a pain. Management didn’t answer phone. Loved the condo.

The property & furniture is dated but comfortable. Washer & dryer work great, but dishwasher is missing whatever holds & releases the cleaner tab so we questioned the cleanliness of the dishes. Balcony views are wonderful. Downstairs toilet needs new plumbling - it runs continuously when flushed. (Only My husband could jiggle things around to make it quit running so we made its use for emergencies only). Bring extra trash bags, toilet paper, soap & your own tissues. Awesome location to beach; we would stay here again.
