This two-level four-bedroom, four-bath tri-plex beach get-away is in a centrally-located residential neighborhood and offers convenient off-street parking, laundry room, cable TV, WiFi and all linens, including beach towels, perfect for those parties with extended family or friends. There are two upper level units each with one bedroom and bath, and one lower level unit with two bedrooms and two baths. Location is at the north end of Fort Myers Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will love the location of this villa and the convenience of being able to walk to everything during your stay. It's a short 3-4 minute walk down the street to the Shamrock Irish Pub on Estero Boulevard, and the corner store and a trolley stop. Just a short walk across the boulevard will have your toes running through the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its 7 miles of sugar white sand beach. You can walk or hop on the trolley to Times Square to fish off the pier, dine at the restaurants, and shop at one of the many beach shops. Don't forget to get an evening treat of ice cream at Royal Scoop, morning breakfast and coffee at Heavenly Biscuit, and lunch at the Tuckaway Cafe. Entry to lower level Villa C is at the left front side, then into the open plan living, dining areas and kitchen. There is wood flooring throughout, and the entire villa is climate controlled. The primary bedroom with en suite bath is off the kitchen and has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, corner chair, double dresser with mirror and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The bathroom has a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door and a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. The guest bedroom is at the front of the villa off the living area, and has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a cafe table seating two in front of a window and a triple dresser with a wall-mounted flat screen TV above. Off the living area is the guest bathroom, again with a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door and a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. Entry to Villa A is up a central staircase, to the left and into a screened in front porch, then into an open plan dining, kitchen and living area. There is wood flooring, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
