It has a beautiful ocean view and the complex was very quiet and in a great location overall to ponte vedra and jacksonville, as well as sawgrass, so it was perfect for us. A few more personal touches, such as some water bottles waiting for new guests, and plenty of TP would make the place perfect for the pricing. Finally, I must commend the answering service who gave me a new code to enter the condo at 10 pm on Monday night. The code sent in my paperwork did NOT work so that was a bit terrifying. But the gal gave me a new code which worked. Please double check this. We traveled very far with flight delays so not sure what we would have done if someone didnt answer the VTrip number!! Thank you!

Located right on the beach. Walking distance to numerous things like McDs and breakfast places, bars, restaurants, etc. Short drive from much more - like Atlantic Avenue and the Mall. Property has minor issues - like loose tile in kitchen and lighting switch issues in bathroom, but very minor. Condo was clean with plenty towels, soap and such. Lock code and backup key lock box was nice. Easy in / easy out. Lots of plates and silverware. No hair dryer. Pool area a little run down. Overall, we very much enjoyed place and would return again.

We had a great view of the ocean and the sounds of ocean waves throughout our stay. There is easy access parking to the unit, but no elevator for those that need one. There are also no beach towels or chairs, so come prepared with those items.
