Welcome to 230 Pearl Street, a two-bedroom, one-bath private home with heated swimming pool that is located in a quiet residential area on the north end of Fort Myers Beach. It's a great location, a two-minute walk to the beach and a 15-minute walk from all the action of Times Square. Charter boats, jet-ski rentals, and parasailing are within walking distance. Take pleasure in a day trip on the Key West Ferry, and you can explore a wide variety of retail shops, local tourism sites and eateries that Estero Island has to offer. A trolley runs regularly between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. This home has a full-sized washer and dryer set for your convenience. There is plenty of seating around the pool in the fenced in back yard, as well as an open portion adjacent to the pool with table seating six, other chairs and a gas grill. High speed wireless internet is available throughout the home. On arrival there is ample off-street parking. Enter via a few front steps onto a screened-in covered deck area, then through the front door into the open plan dining, living and kitchen areas. There are ceiling fans and wood flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with all the necessary items to whip up full course meals or just toast and coffee in the morning. There is plenty of granite countertop space. Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door, dishwasher, glasstop range and oven and built-in above-range microwave. The kitchen has a peninsular bar with four bar chairs on the dining area side. The kitchen flows to the dining area with a buffet and table seating four. The adjacent living area is beautifully furnished with two sofas, one with end table and lamp, with coffee table on an area rug in between the sofas. There is also an over-stuffed side chair. Opposite the seating area is a large wall-mounted projection flat screen TV with credenza below. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, double dresser with mirror and a corner ceiling-mounted flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has two single beds, a three-drawer night stand with lamp and a corner ceiling-mounted flat screen TV. The hallway bathroom is nicely tiled and has a walk-in shower with sliding glass doors, commode and single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath.
