Welcome to Riviera Club 1001, a two-bedroom/den with sleeper-sofa, two-bath gulf-front condo located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a myriad of amenities that include a public marina and movie theatre. Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant is a 5-minute walk down the beach at the Wyndham Resort, and across the boulevard is Santini Marina Plaza and its many shops and restaurants, with a CVS pharmacy just past the Plaza. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from the boulevard out front to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Please note there is a two-week minimum stay. Amenities at Riviera Club include a heated saltwater pool with rock waterfall and jacuzzi next to a gulf-front cabana with lounge chairs around the pool area, as well as gulfside behind the cabana. The cabana has restrooms and a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave oven that can be reserved. Gas BBQ grills are available in the cabana area as well. Ample open unassigned parking is provided. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, private laundry and complimentary WiFi and cable TV. Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby, complete with water falls, tropical foliage and sitting areas, where an elevator whisks you to 1001 and into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of white quartz counter space and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, built-in glasstop range, convection and self-cleaning oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and dishwasher. There is a pass through bar with three tall barstools into the dining area. The laundry area has a stacked full-size washer and dryer. The adjacent dining area has a buffet and a glass-top table seating four. This flows into the living area nicely furnished with a leather sofa and love seat, coffee table and end tables with lamps, an overstuffed leather chair facing the large flat screen TV, as well as two recliners with table and lamp in between. Two sets of sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished wrap-around tiled and screened in balcony with awsome views to the north and south from a tenth floor vantage point. A table seating four will allow gulf-side dining, or a place to sip your favorite beverage while watching the sun settle into the horizon at the end of the day. The primary bedroom with en suite bathroom is beautifully furnished with a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, corner overstuffed chair by the sliding glass door out to the balcony, a triple dresser and three-drawer chest. The large window provides an awesome view of the gulf and beach below. The bathroom has a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass door, granite-top vanity with lavatory with storage space beneath, commode and a walk-in closet. The first guest bedroom has a great view of the back bay and is nicely furnished with a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, triple dresser, padded wicker chair and ample closet space. The adjacent guest bath has a granite-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and walk-in tiled shower with glass doors. The den is furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, wall-mounted flat screen TV, desk, end table and lamp.
