The house and location were great and house was very clean. We had an issue with a broken dishwasher and clogged toilet and no response from host. I was able to connect with Airbnb and was told maintenance would be coming out to fix, but no one showed up. We constantly plunged the toilet and had to do dishes (which is ok, but cooked for a family of 11 each time). Minimum dish towels are provided, so made it hard to accommodate all the dishes. Supplies are very limited and must provide your own toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc. For the price paid, all of that should have been included. Very unhappy with not being able to connect with the host to resolve the issues. Airbnb also had issues contacting them.

We loved it!!! It’s great for small kids!! And our little dog. Oh and if you have a bouncy house bring it lots of back yard to play with the kids..

We got there an hour early due to better travel time than expected. This place has no flexibility on checkin which was a little inconvenient but ok. The place was comfortable to a point. The outdoor oven is not as described, we could not even figure out how it worked so we were a bit disappointed by that. The master bedroom was beautiful but built with very tall people In mind as was the kitchen and outdoor kitchen. I’m 5’2 and could barely get in the bed. It was about 4 feet off the ground. The internet did not work for the first 2 and a half days we were there which is a huge problem for children. The location was quite isolated as well. 10-15 minutes to the nearest gas station or grocery store and farther to a beach. We needed up having to drive half an our to the beach and farther to go out to eat. The more local beach was a stripe of sand and very rough water, it was unsafe for small children or older adults. There was also broken glass in the pool probably from a previous stay that had glass out on the pool deck. Many things were broken in the house as well. The ladder to the bunk beds, a swivel chair out on the pool deck, the pool lights and fountains. No extra linens or towels which were the equivalent of sandpaper. Luckily we traveled with our own towels and linens. So nice but did not really have the touches of a welcoming vacation rental. No salt or pepper no additional comfort things you need when renting out a vacation house like soap dish detergent.

I would tell them about the great space, pool and cook area outside but I would also let them know of the issues that we had during our stay and that some got corrected. As of right now, I have contacted Patty that I booked with and told her of my issues but she did not offer to refund anything to me for this inconvenience.

House was clean and had everything we needed. Good neighborhood and close to amenities. Traffic in the area was light as well, which was nice. The pool area was the highlight. Large pool deck, large pool, and pool house with kitchen and bathroom. Very convenient. Stayed out there all day, every day! VTrips booking and check-in process was smooth and easy. They even let us extend our stay on the last day by a few hours. Our only criticism, and it wasn't a big deal for us, was some things are getting run down a bit and in need of repair. For example, a couple of the kitchen cupboard doors were broken, one of the outdoor fridges doesn't work and the other is on the brink, the pool heat didn't work as instructed - we could heat the hot tub but we had no control over the pool heat - the outdoor TV by pool was unusable, and no way to connect to the outdoor speakers for music. Repair those items and spruce up the front yard, and this house is five stars across the board.
