Welcome to Santa Maria 108, a gorgeous tropical retreat tucked away in the serene southern end of Estero Island. This condo offers two-bedrooms and two-bathrooms with sleeping arrangements for up to four, making it great for a relaxing couple’s getaway! This location also offers easy access to Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport.

Step inside this lovely condo to be greeted by natural light and a charming open floor plan. The living area offers a comfortable couch, views of the community pool and a Smart TV for your streaming needs. The dining area features seating for four, making it a great place to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is well-appointed, making it easy for meal prep. Both bedrooms offer comfortable beds when you are ready to retire for the evening. The primary bedroom also boasts an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, separate shower and garden tub.

Santa Maria offers some exclusive resort amenities designed to further enhance your stay. You will discover the deeded beach access at Bay Beach Lane only a short distance south from the resort. There is also a clubhouse, heated pool, hot tub, and gas grills for your enjoyment.

Cancellations

Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.
