Access to 1032 Cinnamon Beach is via elevator to the third floor with tile flooring in the entry, kitchen, and bathrooms. The kitchen, dining, and living area is an open floor plan. The kitchen is a chef's delight, with plenty of granite counter space, and everything is available in this kitchen to whip up gourmet meals, or just snacks and coffee in the morning. All you have to do is bring the food! Appliances include a dishwasher, range with oven, built-in above-range microwave, and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door. There is a kitchen breakfast bar next to the dining area side. The adjacent dining area is nicely furnished with a rectangular table seating six, as well as a buffet. This flows out into the well-appointed living area with a sofa and matching loveseat, ottoman, end tables and lamps, and a large flat-screen TV. The patio table with four seats, extra seating, and a cocktail table overlooks a tropical lake.
The primary bedroom with en suite bath is furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands with reading lamps, a double dresser with a flat-screen TV, as well as a ceiling fan. The large en suite bathroom is a haven of its own, with dual vanities with plenty of storage space, full wall mirrors, a corner walk-in shower with glass enclosure, as well as a corner garden tub. All towels and linens are provided. The first guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed with nightstands, lamps, a dresser with a mirror, and a corner flat-screen TV. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV. There is a shared bathroom that has a combination tub/shower and granite vanity with plenty of storage space beneath.

This place was great! Very spacious and clean and was extremely well stocked. Had everything we needed for our almost week stay including beach towels and beach gear which was super helpful. I would recommend researching and knowing the area before you come because there aren’t many suggestions on places to eat or the area/amenities . There is no manual like a typical air bnb so we had to ask around and figure out activities and restaurants but that wasn’t a big deal but did want to mention. We enjoyed tortugas at Flagler beach and dessert at the Atlantic grille on hammock beach resort. The resort is beautiful and the pools and grille were great. There are a lot of rules but also found it very family friendly and fun. Everything does close earlier that usual (8 pm) and that was kind of a bummer but still had a great time. The beach is a bit rocky but still gorgeous and useable. We enjoyed the view but do note it gets very loud at night. Overall loved this place and will be back!!

The apartment is wonderful. It’s large, spacious, clean, and the balcony looks over a lake. NOTE: But no usual amenities, not even a broom. You will see snakes in grass. The location is upscale, with two pools, a Grille that serves food and drinks throughout the day. NOTE: While open, no other food/drinks allowed. The beach was disappointing because the waves are strong and the shore is full of rocks. We were never able to swim in it. We chose Palm Coast because it boasts it’s the “dog friendliest place in the nation” but you always need to keep your dog on a leash so you might as well go to Saint Augustine where the beach is nicer and swimmable. There are no dog parks for your dog to run and play. The dogs are not allowed anywhere near the pool area. There is absolutely nothing to do there. Washington Oaks State Park is very nice though. Bring your bikes. Not many good restaurants besides Faro at Flagler Beach and high-end Atlantic Grille.
