There’s just no end to the charm of Roscoe Grande, an enchanting vacation guest house right by the water in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida off Roscoe Blvd. Our home is within a 5-minute drive to some of the best local restaurants in Ponte Vedra! Set right off the intracoastal waterway, this eclectic one-bedroom guest house (above garage) is perfect for a little long weekend getaway or staycation! Art lovers will truly appreciate the décor at Roscoe Grande.

There is a pool on site and a gas grill set back behind the owner’s main house that is available for guest use. Feel free to hang out by the dock and have a great conversation and enjoy the water. Take in the view of the water from the cozy living area with smart TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. There is a front balcony area that has comfy seating where you and your guests can enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed and smart TV so that you can relax in the bed and wind down at night. The bedroom is connected to the bathroom with a walk-in shower. Linens are provided, a washer and dryer are on site, and the kitchen contains all utensils and cookware so that all you need to bring is your suitcase!

We hope to return. We didn’t get an opportunity to view the gallery down the street! My husband and I with our 2 labs were welcomed into this MIL art gallery as if we were old friends. Great hosts and awesome space above the garage/office with a view of the Intracoastal. We made breakfast a couple mornings with their hotplate and other kitchen amenities. We cooled off in their pool, while watching the many boats and a few manatees pass by. Their little Jack Russells were part of the welcoming crew and quickly became friends with our labs. The restaurant 1/2 a block away, Palm Valley Outdoors Grill, pet friendly with excellent food & service. 07/11/2023
