Welcome to 4050 Estero Boulevard, an old-Florida, extremely comfortable and private three-bedroom, 1.5-bath, single-family, Gulf-front home on stilts right on the beach! The home has central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

Its location is midway down the beautiful Estero Island, a tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm and away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, thus affording quiet relaxation for that desired carefree getaway. This portion of the beach offers a seven-mile stretch of white-sugar sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets.

In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay are just a short car ride away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all its restaurants, clubs and nightlife. For your convenience, there is complimentary Wi-Fi and your own washer and dryer.

Upon arrival there is plenty of off-street parking. The main entry to this home is up the stairs to a front deck with deck chairs and a gas BBQ grill. Entering through the front door brings you into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas.

The bright, airy and updated fully stocked kitchen with tile flooring and tray ceiling has plenty of solid surface countertops and cabinets. There are stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator/freezer, a glass-top range with convection and self-cleaning oven, a dishwasher and an above-counter microwave oven. In the kitchen, there is a stacked washer and dryer as well. A peninsular bar with two bar stools separates the kitchen from the adjacent dining area.

The remainder of the home has wall-to-wall carpeting. The adjacent dining area is nicely furnished with a glass-top table seating six. This flows into the large living area that is well-furnished with a brand-new sofa that folds out to a bed. A loveseat with a coffee table and end tables with lamps, as well as an overstuffed chair and a large flat-screen TV round out the room’s furnishings. Curio cabinets and bookshelves cover an entire wall.

Between the living and dining area is a wide expanse of sliding glass doors leading out into the enclosed Florida room with wood flooring overlooking the beach. This room is comfortably furnished beach style, with wall-to-wall windows providing a 180-degree view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. This room even has a glass top table seating four to allow beach-side dining at home! Stepping through the side door from here provides access to an outside deck furnished with two swivel padded rockers, two more padded deck chairs, a cocktail table and a pop-up umbrella. Down the steps from the deck is a shell path to the beach, which is a Frisbee-toss away. When returning from the beach there is a convenient enclosed shower beneath the house to rinse off before returning indoors.

The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a chest of drawers and cabinet base for a flat-screen TV. Conveniently located in this bedroom is a tiled area in the corner with its own pedestal lavatory and enclosed toilet. There is ample closet space. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, nightstand and lamp, rocking chair, three-drawer chest of drawers and lamp, another two-drawer chest and ample closet space. The second guest bedroom is nicely furnished with two twin beds, a nightstand and lamp, a chest of drawers and a five-drawer dresser. There is ample closet space. The hallway bathroom is fully tiled and has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower.
