Estero Beach & Tennis Club is located at the southern end of the island. Unit 806B is a one-bedroom, one-bath beachfront condo. The amenities of a luxury high-rise condo greet you upon arrival, including luggage carts and bellman trolleys at ground level to make your arrival and settling in a breeze. Estero Beach & Tennis Club consists of three towers located on 10 acres with lush tropical vegetation and well-manicured landscaping with pond and fountain near the entrance. The heated pool is just outside the lobby elevators between buildings A and B. Tower C is the southernmost building and is literally just steps to the beach where seven miles of secluded white sugar sand beach awaits. Other amenities include four clay tennis courts, BBQ grills and plenty of parking. At the end of the driveway is the Trolley stop where you can climb aboard and go either up or down the entire island. Santini Marina Plaza is directly across the boulevard touting numerous restaurants and shops, and behind that on the bay is Fishtail Marina with its own restaurant, boat charters, rentals and docks. Taking the Trolley north takes you to the bustling Times Square area with its myriad of shops, restaurants, and night life. To the south one can visit Lover's Key State Park, a natural Florida environment with natural beaches and tropical foliage. Bird lovers will enjoy the wide variety of colorful birds. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, WiFi and cable TV and all linens and towels. For your convenience a coin operated laundry facility is available at ground level. Upon entering your condo on the eighth floor, a corner unit, step into the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas and out to the balcony with its panoramic views of the beaches and Gulf of Mexico. There is tile flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite countertops accented by a corner European style stainless-steel kitchen sink. Appliances include a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, glasstop range with self-cleaning oven and built-in above-range microwave oven. Everything is available to prepare full course meals if so desired. The adjacent dining area has a glasstop table seating four. This flows into the living area which has a sleeper-sofa with end table and coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the sofa is a corner seating area and a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the furnished balcony overlooking the resort grounds and Gulf of Mexico. The well-appointed bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, a six-drawer chest, and of course windows opening out on two sides where its gulf and bay views everywhere you look. A privacy floor to ceiling folding door affords privacy should guests be present. There is also ample closet space behind mirrored doors. The en suite bathroom has a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass doors, commode and a large granite-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath.
