Welcome to 7900 Estero Blvd., a private three-bedroom, three bath home with heated swimming pool just steps to the shores of the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico along a winding road past the other two beachside neighboring homes. Located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island it is only a 5 minute drive to a wide variety of amenities that include a public marina, movie theatre, and restaurants. The island's Publix supermarket is located mid-island, also within a short driving distance. There is quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. Trolley service is available to the Times Square area, with all its restaurants and night life if that is on your list of things to do. Amenities include a two-car garage, the private heated swimming pool, complimentary WiFi, cable TV, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. This spacious, open concept home has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two kitchens, and an in-ground electric heated pool. Pulling into the driveway you'll feel welcomed by the tropical foliage. Begin your vacation by entering the yard through the poolside gate. Loungers and poolside seating, as well as a BBQ grill, makes those afternoon cookouts or just sunning a relaxing experience. Enter the front door of the house into the lower level area. This is a fantastic poolside space which is great for easy dining poolside. On the ground level you will find a dining area, kitchen, bedroom, and full bathroom. The ground floor bedroom has both a queen size bed and a full-size bed, sleeps 4 comfortably, and has its own air conditioning and full bathroom. An in-room TV and plenty of closet and dresser space ensures you will have everything you need. Heading up the stairs you'll find beam and planked cathedral ceilings with tropical ceiling fans to move the air and blow the Gulf breezes through the house. For our guests who prefer cooler air, this property also comes with central air conditioning. The living room is spacious and has commanding views of the Gulf of Mexico. An open-air deck opens off the living room overlooking the pool below. You will find the primmary bedroom off the living area. This large suite has a private entrance to the side balcony. The king size bed, in-room TV, and full ensuite bath complete the primary suite. From the living room take a few more steps up into the rest of the house. The open concept kitchen looks out toward the Gulf and has a breakfast bar. Next to the kitchen is the formal dining area which opens to the upper screened in lanai with added open seating here as well. This is a magnificent space for those bug free days and nights and allows you to open the home up to the outdoors giving you that indoor/outdoor Florida experience. Bordering the kitchen area is the second guest bedroom with one twin x-long bed and one full size bed, plus an in-room TV. A full bathroom in the hallway is convenient for all. The island has numerous restaurants and night life for your choosing. Water activities abound. There's parasailing, jet ski rentals, and fishing charters to name a few.
