Was as described in listing. Felt a little overwhelmed by the volume of sometimes conflicting rules for this unit. Parking was a big challenge as the neighbors (#33) kept using patio furniture to "save" the parking spot we were directed to use. Would be good to know to bring essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sponge for sink. Location good for Ripley's and the Fort, but a little far walk to historic downtown.

Place is cute and walkable to north areas of historic St. Augustine. Parking is very difficult, especially when events are nearby. Neighboring unit would put patio furniture in the spot hosts told us to park in to "save" it so we had to walk down the street to unload and load our vehicle. Unit was clean and modern with nice beds and linens. Small kitchen has the basics. Bring shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen sponge etc. if you need them - those are not supplied. We could not figure out how to use the A/C remotes but fortunately it was winter. Host/Property Manager sent quite a few texts and emails before and during the stay which became a bit cumbersome for a short weekend stay. OK option to hotel for stay in St. Augustine.
