the view from this condo was perfect falling asleep to the sounds of the surf. Beach is beautiful great for walking, the animal life is interesting turtles,dolphins,pelicans and a hawk.Our friends were very impressed with everything also.

Regarding property manager; we were not in contact with anybody of the staff. We did not find this necessary as our stay only lasted 5 days. We found the keys according to instructions and there was no need for any help. We are very satisfied with our stay in the St.Augustine Beach Anastasia 310. We loved the beach, we loved the view from our condo and our vacation was perfect. Unfortunately, our stay only lasted 5 days. That was much too short. The condo was very well equipped and we had all that we needed. If we ever come back to the United States and Florida we will definitely contact you again. We have already recommended your condo to other people. Finally, we hope that we left the condo to your satisfaction. Best regards from Arild G. Eriksen and my travelling companions.

I was very pleased with the vacation. You have a wonderful product. I would suggest however you offer rental chairs on the beach. You also need to invest in at leaset two quality gas grills that renters can use. I buy and prepare quality food and not having a good gas grill was dissapointing.
