Welcome to Sandarac 702B, a three-bedroom, two-bath gulf-front vacation destination. This resort-style condo has the ambience of a home rather than the usual condo layout and is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island within walking distance of a public marina, movie theatre and a variety of restaurants. There is also quick exit from the island via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and SWFL International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Trolley service is available from directly in front of the resort to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. Amenities at Sandarac include a heated pool and adjoining tiki hut, as well as reserved covered parking. There are luggage carts available to simplify your arrival. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, private laundry and complimentary WiFi. Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby where an elevator takes you to 702B and then into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The eat-in kitchen has a cafe table seating two and plenty of hard surface counterspace and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door, a glass-top range and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and dishwasher. There is a pass-through to the adjacent dining area with a buffet and table seating four. This flows into the living area that has a sofa with end table and lamp, matching loveseat, coffee table and two recliners with cocktail table and lamp. Opposite the seating area is a credenza with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to the screened in and furnished balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf from a seventh floor vantage point. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, corner chair and triple dresser with flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower. The first guest bedroom has a two single beds, a dresser and ample closet space. The second guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand with lamp, dresser and ample closet space. The guest bathroom has a vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and walk-in shower. Sandarac 702B is a great vacation destination in paradise.
