Welcome to Castle Beach #204, an updated and Gulf-front two-bedroom, one and a half-bath condo located just at the southernmost tip of tropical Fort Myers Beach. Due to its unique location at the tip of the island the view covers both the Gulf and Bay. There is a wide sandy beach at your doorstep, and several miles of white sugar sand beach beyond that. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. Also available is trolley service north to the Times Square area or south to Lover's Key and Bonita Springs. In addition Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant, is just across the bridge at Lovers Key resort. Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. Resort amenities include a heated swimming pool and patio area with privacy fence and tropical landscaping, with lounge chairs and table with benches in front of the building. There is one covered parking space on the lower level, with other guest parking in front of the building. Just outside the ground-level parking area are tables and chairs under Tiki huts with the Gulf of Mexico as your background. For the barbecue enthusiasts a gas grill is available on the lower level. Condo amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, complimentary WiFi and cable TV, private laundry and all linens and towels are provided. Arrival at the resort is facilitated by luggage carts provided at the lower level entry to the building. A secure elevator will take you to the second floor. Entry is into a foyer and the open concept kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of cabinets and granite counterspace. Everything is provided to whip up full course meals, or simply to make coffee and toast in the morning. Just bring the food! Appliances are stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the freezer door, glasstop range with oven and built-in above-range microwave oven. There is a pass-through bar into the dining area with bar stools on the dining area side. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four, which then flows into the living area furnished with a sofa, end table and lamp, recliner, two over-stuffed side chairs and a coffee table. Opposite the sitting area is a credenza and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV. From the living room through sliding glass doors you will access the screened in and furnished balcony. An electric grill is available out here as well. The view from here will provide hours of viewing pleasure of the island, surrounding beaches and waterways. The primary bedroom with en suite bathroom has a queen-size bed. Open the sliding glass door letting the Gulf breeze lull you to sleep. Wake in the morning refreshed and take in the sun glistening off of the Gulf of Mexico. Head to your private en suite full bathroom and take an invigorating shower in the stunning walk-in shower. Both bathroom areas, like the rest of the condo, have been fully remodeling offering you an exceptional vacation experience. The guest bedroom is outfitted with a full size trundle bunk bed with a twin bed on top, providing an additional sleeping area for four. A half bath connects off the guest bedroom providing your guests with a lavatory and commode that opens to the primary bathroom shower. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
