Terra Mar 705 is a great tropical vacation destination. It's a two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front resort-style condo in paradise. Please note there is a two-week minimum stay. Terra Mar is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance of a public marina and movie theatre. The resort has a unique beach/lagoon setting on the gulf side. The Wyndam resort is nearby where there is a Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant. Directly across the boulevard is a CVS pharmacy and Santini Marina Plaza with its many shops and restaurants. Quick exit from the island is available via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from directly in front of Santini Plaza to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants, and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Resort amenities include a heated swimming pool, sauna and outdoor shower, shuffleboard court, tennis courts, easy beach access, ample parking and rec room and picnic area with gas grills. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, private laundry and complimentary WiFi and cable TV. Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby where an elevator takes you to #705. Bellman trolleys and luggage carts are available to make your arrival a breeze. Enter into the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is tile flooring in the entry hall, kitchen and bathrooms, with carpeting in the dining, living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen has plenty of granite counterspace and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Just bring the food! Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, glass-top range and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is an L-shaped bar with three barstools on the dining side, which also has a buffet and table seating four. This flows into the living area that has a sleeper-sofa with end tables with lamps, a matching loveseat and coffee table. Opposite the seating area is a large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors open to the screened-in and furnished balcony with its approximately 180-degree view from a seventh floor vantage point with Sanibel Island to the right and the open Gulf of Mexico straight out. Balcony furniture includes two cafe tables seating two and two chairs with a cocktail table. The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a queen-size bed, night stand and lamp, a double dresser with mirror and flat screen TV, and ample closet space. Sliding glass doors provide access to the balcony. The en suite bathroom has a combination tub/shower, commode and vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp, a triple dresser and ample closet space. The adjacent guest bath has a walk-in shower, commode and vanity with lavatory with storage space beneath. There is a laundry area with stacked washer and dryer.
