This first-floor renovated condo gives you easy access to it all as you’re right in front of the huge waterfront pool and a few steps to the water. With two roomy bedrooms and two full bathrooms, Villa on Point Brittany 21 offers beautiful quarters for a family or group of friends.
Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen with everything you need or relax in the family room while watching TV on the large wall-mounted TV all while keeping your eyes on the water. You will love having your morning coffee in the two captain chairs on the porch while listening to the birds and watching boats pass by slowly. If you need to check in with work, the free Wi-Fi will keep you connected, and there is a nice desk at the front of the property to work. There is also a one car garage to keep your vehicle, guest parking, custom closets and a new washer and dryer.
