I do think it’s important for guests to know ahead of time that this property is managed by a company, not by a private person. While it is understandable, communication with a management company about small things like use of the garage or an early check in lack the personal touch that I have experienced when renting from a privatw person. All in all, though, it was a great experience.

The lack of pics of the master bathroom should have been a clue. It’s so tiny, and shower only. Perhaps we were spoiled by past VRBOs, but this one was bare bones. No cleaning supplies on hand, yet a cleaning charge applies if you don’t clean well enough. There aren’t many towels, so prepare to spend your trip doing constant laundry. No drapes or curtains mean neighbors can see right in, and there is no privacy at all. No access to the garage should have been disclosed ahead of time. For what we paid per night, I was a bit surprised at the lack of privacy and appointments in the home.
