Future Guest, there's no local "Regular" TV stations (i.e, news, ESPN, etc...) and connection was "spotty" at best. Seemed to be only "streaming" services, which was somewhat frustrating due to non-functionality at times; however, very manageable. Ended up merely watching NetFlix and Amazon Prime, etc... when we did watch anything (most of the time we were away, etc...) Our group purchased 2 Homes right next to each other, so there were no issues regarding complaints of late night activities on the back patios, etc...; however, it COULD be an issue if you only have one home and someone else possesses the other home and your group is on the back patio socializing late evenings. COULD be cause for some noise complaints, etc... even if your not significantly loud. Again, not an issue for us, but just be mindful. Also, apparently an HOA rep lives in the adjacent community with direct line of sight to the homes - resulting in a few calls due to one of our vehicles being in "street"... in front of one of the driveways..... not blocking traffic and merely there for about 20 minutes.... in the DAYTIME while unloading items (Insert facepalm here.. Haha)... Another call was for our small trailer parked in a spot away from the homes that seemed perfect to place a trailer, but we were advised it's not allowed. VTrips and Donna were amazing and assisted us with it's relocation during our stay. No big deal though. The property is great though and sufficed for the number of bedrooms/baths and accommodations needed. Maintenance issues were handled swiftly.
