Welcome to Carlos Pointe resort 135, a nicely furnished corner two-bedroom, two-bath gulf front condo located just at the southernmost tip of tropical Fort Myers Beach. Due to its unique location at the tip of the island the view covers both the Gulf and back bay. There is a wide sandy beach at your doorstep, and several miles of white sugar sand beach beyond that. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. RSW International Airport is about a 25-30 minute drive, and Naples and its fine shopping and restaurants are also within an easy 20-30 minute drive. Amenities at this resort include a gulf-front heated pool with indoor lobby. At the southeast end of the building is an area set aside with gas grills for the BBQ enthusiast. There is a trolley stop right in front of the building that runs north to the Times Square area with its myriad of boutiques and restaurants, and then runs south to the Lovers Key state park and its pristine beaches. In addition, Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant, is just across the bridge at Lovers Key resort. Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. The restaurant is appropriately named because while dining you will most likely see dolphins passing by on their trek to and from the Gulf. The condo has complimentary WiFi, cable TV, all linens and towels, ceiling fans throughout and private washer and dryer. A secure elevator will take you to the first floor above parking level. Entry is into a foyer and the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is carpeting throughout, with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen has plenty of granite counterspace, and everything is provided to prepare full course meals, or just to make coffee and toast in the morning. Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, range and oven, built-in above-range microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is a pass-through bar into the dining/living room area with two barstools on the dining area side. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the kitchen. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four. The living room is furnished with a sleeper-sofa with end tables and lamps, coffee table and matching loveseat. For your viewing pleasure is a large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to the furnished screen-enclosed lanai with its magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stand and lamp, corner chair and five-drawer chest. Sliding glass doors provide private access to the lanai. The en suite bathroom has a granite-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and combination tub/shower with glass doors. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand with lamp and ample closet space. The guest room has its own en suite bath with pedestal lavatory, commode and walk-in shower.
