Beautiful ocean views. The kitchen was well equipped. Master bed comfy. Quiet location. Only problem need to leave instructions about where to dispose of trash. And there needs to be a table on the balcony. We would stay in this unit again.

This is a great place! The condo was clean and well kept, with nice accommodations. The kitchen had about everything we needed to make breakfast and a few simple meals during our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms and nice and clean. The balcony was great, however we were a little nervous about the spacing between some of the railings and having a toddler around. The beach was great and not too busy! The pool is a little dated, but still nice. The area feels safe and locals are friendly. We had a little trouble with figuring out how to enter the code when trying to get into the building. Our check out time was after the building front desk closed, but thankfully a full time resident helped us. Overall we loved our stay here and would stay again!

- 46+ Days Prior to Arrival, $300 is due at the time of Booking if the total is less than $1000.
- Within 45 Days Prior to Arrival, 100% is due at the time of Booking.
Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
- Arrival window is within 31 days or more, all advanced payments will be refunded.
